Efteling Hospitality TV & Casting Platform

In collaboration with Nevaya and Branding AV, Connect-D successfully delivered a large-scale hospitality TV and casting implementation across all accommodation locations within the Efteling resort environment. The project included the integration of a centralized hospitality entertainment platform, secure guest casting functionality, and multiple backend hospitality systems to create a seamless and future-proof digital guest experience.

The rollout covered hotels and resort accommodations, requiring a highly scalable and operationally reliable solution capable of supporting thousands of guests simultaneously. A key focus throughout the project was the development of an intuitive user experience fully aligned with the unique storytelling and visual identity of Efteling.

The platform was designed to provide guests with effortless access to entertainment, resort information, and personalized content while enabling secure casting from personal mobile devices directly to in-room televisions. Special attention was given to multilingual navigation, accessibility, privacy standards, and frictionless interaction flows to ensure ease of use for guests of all ages and international backgrounds.

In addition to the guest-facing environment, Connect-D managed the integration of complex operational and hospitality systems into one centralized ecosystem. This allows Efteling to efficiently manage communication, content distribution, and digital guest services across all accommodation locations from a single platform.

By combining hospitality technology, user-centered design, and secure infrastructure, the project supports Efteling’s vision of blending immersive storytelling with modern digital innovation, further strengthening its position as one of Europe’s leading leisure destinations.
