Connect-D acts as the master system integrator for Radisson Hotel , delivering a fully integrated technology ecosystem that combines connectivity, entertainment, security, and guest experience into one centralized infrastructure.
Within the project scope, Connect-D is responsible for the complete design, implementation, integration, and management of the hotel technology environment, including enterprise networking, high-performance Wi-Fi, hospitality TV platforms, secure guest casting solutions, CCTV infrastructure, and backend system integrations.
A major focus of the implementation is the creation of a seamless and personalized guest journey. Through the integration with Oracle OPERA PMS, the hospitality TV platform delivers personalized user interfaces tailored to individual guests, enabling customized welcome messaging, relevant hotel information, entertainment services, and a frictionless in-room digital experience.
The network and Wi-Fi infrastructure were designed to support high-density hospitality environments while ensuring stability, security, and scalability across all guest and operational services. At the same time, the secure casting environment allows guests to effortlessly stream personal content from their own devices directly to in-room televisions while maintaining strict privacy and network isolation standards.
In addition to guest-facing technologies, Connect-D implemented a fully integrated CCTV and operational infrastructure that supports hotel security, monitoring, and day-to-day operations within one unified ecosystem.
