For Metzlr House, Connect-D delivered a modern hospitality entertainment solution designed to enhance guest comfort through seamless in-room technology and intuitive digital experiences.

As part of the implementation, Connect-D deployed the Samsung TV+ hospitality platform combined with secure guest casting functionality, creating a premium entertainment environment fully aligned with the boutique character and atmosphere of Metzlr House.

The solution enables guests to enjoy a personalized and familiar entertainment experience during their stay, with direct access to streaming services, live television, and the ability to securely cast personal content from their own mobile devices to the in-room television. The casting environment was designed with simplicity, privacy, and ease of use as central principles, ensuring a frictionless experience for every guest.

A major focus of the project was creating technology that contributes to comfort without disrupting the unique ambiance of the hotel. The hospitality TV environment was carefully integrated into the guest journey, combining modern digital convenience with the warm and refined identity of Metzlr House.
