The project was designed to support the campus’s innovative and future-focused environment by creating a seamless experience for tenants, visitors, and facility operators. Connect-D implemented an advanced access control infrastructure across the campus, enabling secure and efficient movement throughout the various buildings and shared spaces while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
In addition, Connect-D implemented a fully integrated visitor management platform that streamlines guest registration, arrival handling, and access authorization to the parking. The solution allows visitors to move smoothly through the campus environment while providing campus operators with real-time visibility and operational control.
A key component of the project was the implementation of a smart parking solution, designed to optimize parking availability, automate access to parking facilities, and improve overall traffic flow across the campus. The parking environment was fully connected to the broader campus infrastructure, enabling a frictionless experience from arrival to departure.
All systems were fully integrated with the Facilitor Facility Management Platform, creating one centralized operational environment for facility management, access authorization, visitor workflows, and parking administration. Through this integration, Brightlands benefits from streamlined operations, centralized management, and enhanced data-driven campus management capabilities.
By combining smart technology with user-centered design, Connect-D helped create a connected campus environment where security, hospitality, and operational efficiency work together seamlessly.
